Multidisciplinary artist Tal Amitai Lavi resides and works in Tel Aviv. She creates paintings, drawings, sculptures and three-dimensional installations. Craftsmanship and an exploration of unexpected materials characterize her artworks. She is asking intimate questions about things like family, childhood, home, and couplehood. Tal graduated her B.A in Arts from Beit Berl College in 1994 and her MFA in Creative Arts from the University of Haifa. Nowadays she teaches courses at various locations. Receiving recognition throughout her career, her works were exhibited in numerous solo exhibitions and art collectors in Israel and abroad bought her works.
